Ronald Romero

Ronald Romero graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. His previous research experience includes working with the Health and Discrimination Lab at VCU. During his time with the lab he became involved with the inner workings of cognitive bias and exploring the role cognitive bias can play in today’s healthcare settings. Ronald has a passion for understanding how social and cognitive functions can influence patient outcomes and perceptions in healthcare settings, and hopes to apply this passion towards influencing and shaping health policy in the future.
