Daria is an educator with over 35 years of professional nursing and leadership experience in a variety of clinical, management and education roles. An expert in using blended learning and clinical simulation for adult learners in healthcare, Daria has led the development of education programs focused on medical decision-making, patient safety, technical skills, and teamwork and communication.
Daria is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH). She holds a BS in Nursing degree from Georgetown University, and an MS in Nursing from The Catholic University of America where her focus was education for the Medical-Surgical in-patient population. Daria is also an Adjunct Instructor at Georgetown University’s School of Nursing and Health Studies.
